What is Much Ado?

Philo­soph­i­cal­ly, it is the Al-Andalus of yes­ter­day and the Andalucía of today — North Africa — the Mid­dle East — Latin Amer­i­ca — long tables — good food with good friends — a din­ing expe­ri­ence with­out pre­ten­sion — thought­ful, vibrant, and hyperseasonal.

In earnest, though, it is a food ven­ture direct­ed by Andrew and Isabel Gutiér­rez for locals and vis­i­tors to Joshua Tree Nation­al Park and envi­rons. We offer pri­vate-chef ser­vices and — when we’re not doing that — we pop up through­out the week at local estab­lish­ments to sell the high desert’s finest tacos, sal­ads, and oth­er such delights.
