LATIN-INSPIRED MOORISH FOOD.
JOSHUA TREE — YUCCA VALLEY — 29 PALMS.
What is Much Ado?
Philosophically, it is the Al-Andalus of yesterday and the Andalucía of today — North Africa — the Middle East — Latin America — long tables — good food with good friends — a dining experience without pretension — thoughtful, vibrant, and hyperseasonal.
In earnest, though, it is a food venture directed by Andrew and Isabel Gutiérrez for locals and visitors to Joshua Tree National Park and environs. We offer private-chef services and — when we’re not doing that — we pop up Saturday mornings at Twentynine Palms’ certified farmers market to sell the high desert’s finest tacos, salads, and other such delights.
Come see us there. Invite us over to yours. We’ll take care of the grub.
