In earnest, though, it is a food ven­ture direct­ed by Andrew and Isabel Gutiér­rez for locals and vis­i­tors to Joshua Tree Nation­al Park and envi­rons. We offer pri­vate-chef ser­vices — fam­i­ly-style cater­ing for events small and large, and plat­ed mul­ti-course pri­vate din­ners — and pop up through­out the week at local estab­lish­ments to make the high desert’s finest tacos.
